The fee for conference authors who had their papers accepted must be transferred earlier than the paper is passed to Springer Publishing House.
If the paper cannot be presented in person by at least one of the authors of the paper and the paper is included in conference proceedings, conference registration fee still applies.
In case that one paper is submitted and presented by the same author, the fee for the second paper is 200 EUR.
Conference is free of charges for conference special session chairs.
